Walid was available some of the times, we have agreed on a fully working tool with a GUI within 3 weeks, after 3 weeks we barely had the tool 60% Ready. After he managed to get us not even the full tool working, the tool stopped running after 3 days, he then asked us to provide more resources which ended up NOT working, the tool was also not working after all his "Free Code Rewriting", after we spoke to him and explained him that we are on HUGE loss because the tool is not working and we have to provide more resources and that costs us a lot of money with no effect, he got offended. He thought we are Pay 2 be friends, let me also remind that this is after 2 months of incomplete working tool, with lots of features missing from it, and not working at all. He refused to make any changes saying that the tool was patched and that he will fix it in some days. we lost lots of time and money not only from the tool that wasn't working but the resources we had to provide.
