Voice AI engineer for enterprise app on AWS My experience with this company was terrible. I have had multiple projects with them. This project was initiated after one of their developers (who was working on my project left the company) left. They assigned the most junior developer (Adil) who practically knew nothing. After he was done with my codebase, nothing worked. Then they asked me to increase the pay so they can assign a senior developer (Usama), he also came in after spending 40 hrs per the company owners assertion, issue persist. He could not fix simple issue, prompting one of the other developers on the team to ask him "How many years of experience do you have". I love AI but it is not a substitute for experience. I don't think this company has any experience developers they have taken my voice AI agent that was working before and broken everything. I paid a lot of money for this on a previous project.
