Architecture & Scope Lock (Days 1-3)
Discovery call to understand your problem. Deliver technical spec with architecture diagram, data schema, API contracts, compliance needs, timeline, and costs. We lock scope before any code is written. Sign-off required.
Figma Design, Infrastructure & Data Foundation (Days 4-7)
Set up Supabase (PostgreSQL + pgvector for AI memory), Next.js monorepo, authentication (Clerk), and database schema. Ingest your data via CSV, API, or manual upload. Deploy staging environment to Vercel. Deliver live staging URL + DB documentation.
