I really liked Vova, I think he found our project too difficult and he was honest about that. I believe he is a better developer than he thinks he is. Ultimately, I canceled the contract because he stopped responding to my messages. Seeing as he always responded quickly before im guessing he decided to quit, but I hope nothing bad happened.

I work differently. I run a small software factory: an autonomous pipeline that writes, tests, and documents software around the clock, while I act as the engineer who governs it. I approve the architecture, the plan, and every release at fixed checkpoints. The factory never merges anything I haven't reviewed. What you buy is working software production, not my typing time.
