There are many challenges in building/running a business... Among them finding talented people to help you turn ideas into reality. Kate is one of those great people and I was lucky to have her working on our projects. She was not just a hired hand; she was part of the team. Focused, diligent, open-minded, happy to explore new challenges even when they may seem a little far-fetched, careful to ensure our expressed intent matched what we were building, and most importantly reliable in all the aforementioned details. I'd like to give some credit to her colleagues as well since the wider team gave the support and space for us to do what we needed to get done and even ensured we had no lost time during holidays, much needed breaks, and big scary world events.
