• An email-compliance and archiving platform serving ~3,650 bank staff across two datacenters with automatic failover — tamper-proof records built to hold up to regulators (delivered as engineering partner on a prime-led program; in UAT).
• A loan-origination system that automates a 13-stage credit-approval flow end-to-end, with Claude AI reading documents and supporting credit decisions — human-in-the-loop, live in a bank.
• A regulatory-reporting product banks pay annual licenses for — live in five East African countries, auto-filing CTR/STR reports to financial-intelligence units.
• A new Active Directory forest with ADFS federation, enterprise PKI and a 4,000+-account Microsoft 365 migration for a regional bank group.
