You will get a decision-ready blueprint for improving and automating one bounded business process. I start with how work actually happens—not with a preferred tool. I map the current state, identify manual work, waiting, duplicate entry, data silos, unclear decisions, errors, knowledge gaps, and unnecessary complexity. I then define a simpler future state, the business rules, required data, human-accountability boundaries, success measures, risks, and implementation priorities. Higher tiers add solution architecture, test strategy, phased delivery, acceptance criteria, and ROI assumptions. This engagement produces design artifacts and recommendations; it does not include production software, live integrations, or deployment unless separately scoped. The result is a practical specification that a founder, operations lead, or engineering team can evaluate and implement.
