Project details

Developed a complete, end-to-end automation for a client to streamline their new customer onboarding process. The system uses a web form to capture client details, which triggers a Google Apps Script to:

 • Instantly populate a Google Sheet for their records.
 • Generate a personalized welcome packet as a branded PDF.
 • Email the welcome packet to the new client.
 • Create a new folder for the client in Google Drive.
 • Send a notification to the sales team via email.

This solution eliminated over 10 hours of manual administrative work per week and reduced the chance of human error to zero.

Backend Scripting & Integration

I will write the core Google Apps Script that connects your form, Sheet, Gmail, and other services. All API keys will be securely stored.
