Mobile app developer for soundwave scan have posted job 2 months before. we have talked online, explained in details what he should do. Also, I have posted the details of the job. I determined $50 payment in advance. He made something and showed me related to backend part of the project, but it was not in the design as I want. But, I agreed, He should develop ios and android apps, but did not build. He only showed in his phone something that, supposedly it is ready. Then he asked me money, by pretending his mother is ill and needs money. I have transferred $200 and plus 18% of it. Several days before he asked me to send rest of the money. I told him, I will send when the project is completed. But, he does not reply to my messages in whatsapp. He have sent half of the project, which I cannot use it. As he said, it should be linked to the hosting. I purchased hosting service too. But again he could not solve the issues, and asked me money. I spent over $300. He does not reply to my messages. Don't believe him!

I did not pay the rest of the money, because whatever he sent me does not work. Even mobile app does not work. But he begs me to pay the rest of the money. First he agreed to provide all the requirements for 300 dollar. But we agreed to close this contract for 350 dollars. Then, the app that he build, he sent me, but does not work. I purchased hosting which was nearly two months before. I only lost money and time here. Upwork did not pay any single penny. They said, I have transfered money one 35 days before, which if it would be 30 days, they would pay (I dont believe any more). Omar, who is freelancer, suspended to respond and build the app. I did not know the 30 days issue. He made it 35 days. He is a liar. Dont believe him. I have whatsapp messages. I have sent the video of whatsapp messages how he delayed and suspended. but upwork does not care. they only enjoy comission and fees they received from me. I have also posted a review on trustpilot. Upwork is not safe place for me any more. I lost time and money.
