Most recently I built a hybrid RAG assistant (FAISS + BM25 + reranking) for an Arabic-language platform, indexing 17,800+ documents across multiple dialects and Modern Standard Arabic. It doesn't just retrieve and answer; it scores its own confidence at each step and escalates uncertain cases to a human rather than answering blind. I've shipped that same pattern into WhatsApp-to-CRM automations that read live sales conversations, classify intent, update records, and flag low-confidence cases to a manager instead of guessing.
What I bring to a project:
• RAG systems that know their limits: hybrid retrieval, reranking, intent classification, and confidence-based escalation, not just "connect an LLM to a vector store."
• Automation that survives contact with real conversations: n8n workflows integrating WhatsApp, CRMs, and APIs, with audit logging so you can see why the system did what it did.
• A data science background underneath it all: years spent diagnosing why a churn model or ROI report was wrong, which is why I build evaluation and escalation logic into everything rather than bolting it on after launch.
