Project details

During this project, I will help you review your chatbot's interactions by taking a statistical sample of chatbot interactions over a certain time period, and evaluating them for helpfulness. I will analyze each interaction in the sample to determine whether or not the chatbot was helpful to the user. This data is then used to construct charts to demonstrate the effectiveness of the chatbot. You will receive a detailed, easy to understand report with my findings, including charts and explanations. Additionally, you will receive my suggestions for improving your chatbot's positive response rate, opportunities for topic growth, and ways in which you can monitor your data in the future. I specialize in higher education content, but this type of analysis could be helpful for any chatbot, including sales or customer service.

About Rachel

Rachel W.Status: Offline
Data Analyst
Phoenix, United States - 7:01 pm local time
I am at my best when I am given a project to manage or a puzzle to solve. In college, I adored courses such as symbolic logic, computer science, and music theory as well as courses in diversity, gender studies and qualitative research methods. My experience in these polar opposite worlds gives me a balanced outlook on life.

I work well in stressful situations and under strict deadlines. My background in student affairs has given me a unique skillset - I am a strong program manager, supervisor, and advocate. In my financial aid role, I developed a strong ability to make decisions, process important personal records, and deliver excellent customer service in highly emotional situations. My favorite aspect of my current residential life role is the recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff members, and all the coordination that is involved in that process.

As a trained sociologist, I am a talented qualitative researcher and data analyst, but quantitative data also excites me. I care deeply and think strategically - hence, at the root of every decision I make is a wise combination of empathy and logic.
