Ebook Formatter Needed for Amazon KDP (Kindle + Paperback)
The best formatting experience I've had
Tersur was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. She delivered both the EPUB and PDF ahead of schedule and everything passed KDP checks on the first upload. The ebook was a mess on actual Kindle hardware. Headings were orphaned, the TOC was decorative at best, and images were rendering at random sizes. Her EPUB kept throwing validation errors she couldn't decode. The paperback PDF was getting kicked back every time trim issues, wrong bleed settings, content too close to the edge.
She had spent real money trying to sort it before finding me. A freelancer who returned a file just as broken. A formatter who stopped responding. By the time we spoke, she wasn't looking for someone to try she needed someone who already knew.
I opened the file and saw the problem immediately. Layered style conflicts, overridden formatting rules, and a structure KDP was never going to accept. I rebuilt the interior from scratch clean typesetting, corrected margins and bleed, restructured TOC. Fixed the reflowable layout and went into the EPUB source code directly to clear every validation error. Then tested across Kindle devices before anything got submitted.
She uploaded on a Thursday. The book was live on Friday.
That's not a special case. That's just how the work gets done.
