When assessing the information architecture of your product, you should understand the findability of your products or services. Pricing includes fees associated with recruiting and participant compensations.
Tree Test: Using Optimal Workshop, I will conduct a tree test analysis. I will test 50 users, providing ten unmoderated tasks to find a product or service in your navigation structure. The deliverable will be a findability score, the raw data of how your users performed, and a summary of what your navigation is doing well and what you could improve.
Card Sort: Using Optimal Workshop, I will conduct an unmoderated closed card sort to assess the comprehensiveness of your category structure. I will test 25 users with around 30 cards (depending on your structure). The deliverable will be an assessment of how your users performed and a summary of how well your current categorization structure works and what you could improve.
Wireframes: Using the learnings from the tree test, card sort, and my heuristic analysis. I will provide suggestions and wireframes on what you may want to consider for improvements. Follow-up testing is recommended, which I would be happy to provide.
