Project details

This is not a screen on top of your system. It is the whole tool: a database designed around what you actually manage, screens to work with it, sign-in with roles, and a deployment you own. Nothing of yours has to exist first, and nothing of mine lands in a codebase you already have.

That is what keeps the price and the date fixed. Most listings like this depend on an API you already run, and then discover on day four that it cannot filter, sort or page the way the screens need. Here there is nothing to discover: I build the data layer too, so the screens can do whatever your process requires.

You describe the things it manages and who is allowed to do what. I turn that into tables with real relations, build a list, a detail view and a form for each one, wire search, filters and paging that hold up at real row counts, import the spreadsheet you are using today, and hand you the repository.

Operator tooling is the deepest thing I do: order dashboards, event operations, financial reporting with editable data grids, seller portals, and a back office routing every operation across five services behind a permission set.

I help founders and product teams ship React and Next.js products that handle real money: ticketing, payments, marketplaces, SaaS. I lead the frontend of one that sells tickets for Globe Wien and Theater im Park at 99.95% uptime, live for 12 years.

Most developers can build a checkout. Fewer have shipped Stripe Connect payouts, fiscal receipts, card terminals at the door, and refunds that survive an audit. That part is what I own.

8 years shipping full-stack production software · 100% Job Success on Upwork · currently Frontend Lead on a platform with 6 connected surfaces and 4 payment and fiscal rails.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✅ Ticketing, marketplace and e-commerce platforms: storefront, checkout, orders, refunds
✅ Payments that don't leak: Stripe, Stripe Connect, subscriptions, card terminals, EU fiscal compliance
✅ SaaS dashboards and back-offices: roles, permissions, audit trails, heavy data grids
✅ React Native (Expo) apps that pair with a web product, on iOS and Android
✅ Taking AI-built prototypes to production. Codebases started in Claude Code, Lovable or Cursor: audit, auth and security, refactor, payments, deploy

𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸:
• Entrello: event-commerce platform, 12 years in production. I lead the frontend, from the drag-and-drop seating-plan editor and the live seat picker for large venues to the orders dashboard, email campaigns, and the Expo app used at the door for scanning and tap-to-pay.
• Next Gen Invest: a real-money trading terminal with TradingView charts, live positions and an auto-trader over WebSockets, with KYC and a trading CRM behind it.
• Purple Circle: a React Native app and a Next.js admin console on one Go GraphQL API, built for Austrian theatres. Progressive-reveal quests write their own teaser: the backend asks an LLM for the phrase and publishes it automatically, falling back to a draft the theatre edits.
• Etalon: agency site rebuilt on Next.js with 4 locales, an MDX blog the agency edits without a developer, Lighthouse 98, and analytics that count traffic from ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity as its own channel.

Stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, React Native and Expo, Node.js, GraphQL and Apollo, PostgreSQL, Stripe and Stripe Connect, Web3, Tailwind CSS, Docker, plus LLM features wired into product workflows: prompts, fallbacks, logging, not just a model call.

How I work: fixed scope and fixed price, milestones you approve one at a time. If the first one doesn't land, we stop there. Weekly demos, a live staging URL, and 30 days of priority bug fixes after launch.

Send me what you're building, its current state, and what has to be true for it to succeed. You get a straight answer on the shortest path and whether I'm the right person for it. Free, in 20 minutes.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Dmytro can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Dmytro receives requirements from you.

Dmytro works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Your list of things becomes a schema, then a database

You describe what the tool manages. I turn that into tables with the right relations and constraints, so the data cannot end up in a state your process does not allow.

Screens built from the schema, then finished by hand

A list, a detail view and a form per thing, with search, filters and paging that work at real row counts, and honest loading, empty and error states.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Dmytro .
