This company switched contracts in the middle of the project( so that my time to ask for a refund would tick away on the first contract ) , then tried to get me to do payments outside of the upward system and then once the money was all paid as they built pages that would not work and I was assured that all of the bugs would be fixed they started dragging their feet for months and months and months and never produced a working product . Finally I pulled the plug because I had 30 plus conference calls in and sheets of bugs and when it got to the point of me begging to to try to get the project completed I figured it would never happen. The last request was for 2 small bugs and over 3 weeks later they had never touched them and my project at this point was over. year behind. Every time I questioned the charges that they put on my weekly bill I was constantly reassured that they would fix all of the bugs and this was normal practice. I questioned them because the previous work they had done did not work anywhere close to right. Well I asked for a partial refund and they eventually ghosted me. Be very very careful . I am currently in the middle of filing a formal complaint with the UPWORK team.
