Comfort delivered good work on this LearingWorld page/s project and I enjoyed working with her. Her communication was responsive and she asked very clearly for what she needed. She met all deadlines, and delivered the pages I needed to launch my online academy. During the project, it became clear to me I needed an extra 3 pages to be developed, and Comfort didn't hesitate and was very responsive. I enjoyed working with Comfort and I have asked her (and she has agreed) to continue to support me with further development of the online academy as I roll out more programs.

Migration of email and web email designs
I feel like Comfort’s goal is to check a task off a list rather than making sure the client is happy. I had mailpoet and comfort sold me on using a different platform for its design. She was meant to create two welcome emails and four email templates but her designs were not the sleek, editorial vibe I was going for. I sent mockups of what I wanted and she just used those for the welcome emails because otherwise there wasn’t much diversity in the emails. They pretty much looked the same. Unfortunately that platform increased my workload by hours because I’d have to edit every text and image before it’s sent out unlike mailpoet that sends out blog posts I’ve posted at a certain time without me having to edit it in. Comfort asked if I wanted to switch back to mailpoet and I said yes and that’s when there was a lack of effort. She did the same mockup I provided her for the welcome emails and when I asked about the other emails, she didn’t reply for a few days then sent four email templates that could basically be the same one times four. ( I took pictures and wish I could post them). Shed add an image and then slap down dark burgundy background with white text. Literally for all of them. The burgundy as well as honey are meant to be used sparingly as accent colors or to break up the white/san color background. There was little to no creativity with placement this time (and I know it’s possible with mailpoet). She was not open to revisions and said that’s the best she could do on mailpoet however I know mailpoet has codes and so many tools to create nice designs. She clearly felt like she already delivered what I asked for even though I wasn’t happy with the final results. Anyways. I’m back to square one with the same email provider and have to find someone or do the editing myself to create sleek emails that won’t take hours to edit every week
