Ahmad communicates perfectly and he seems really smart. Sadly it's hard to rate the quality of his work since it varied a lot, from excellent to just not usable. He had an unfortunate event which consumed him a lot and he said it limited his focus, which I can totally understand. I guess that was the reason.
He said he wants to take a break to be on top afterwards again. We hope it all turns out well and that he can focus on it again afterwards. If he can, I think he can be a really awesome developer and a wonderful team mate.
