6 bookmaker scraping + Aws deployment
After 2 months of working together, I had to end the project with Ilija. The problem is not technical. Ilija is very immature in terms of project management and has very weak soft skills. A simple example: as soon as you ask him to revise his work because there are mistakes (which happens), he sulks like a child, which makes it very difficult to continue working together. We gave him 2 weeks to make the project revisions. The project ended up even worse afterward. Ilija needs to make major changes in his behavior. It’s a shame because he has all the technical skills.
