I will build a backend automation system that connects to your Quo (OpenPhone) account and enables controlled bulk messaging across your existing group conversations.
The system includes two core modules:
1. Data Extraction Module
Pulls all active group conversations via Quo API
Exports structured data into Google Sheets
Supports re-runs without overwriting manual edits
Syncs updates monthly
2. Bulk Messaging Engine
Sends messages to selected “Active” groups
Supports dynamic personalization (e.g. client name insertion)
Includes randomized delays to simulate human-like sending behavior
Logs delivery status directly into your sheet
3. Delivery & Handoff
Clean, well-commented Python or Node.js code
Terminal-based execution (no UI complexity)
Setup instructions + Loom walkthrough
Designed for local machine execution (Mac/Windows compatible)
