Project details
I design Arduino-based prototypes that help you move quickly from idea to proof of concept. This service provides all the essentials: custom Arduino code, schematics, BOM, wiring diagrams, optional PCB design, and clear documentation. While I do not provide physical assembly or real-world testing, my designs are prepared so your technicians can easily build and validate the prototype.
You can choose between three levels:
Basic - Arduino code + wiring diagram and BOM.
Standard - Code + schematics + PCB design for a neat prototype.
Premium - Full package with code, PCB, documentation, and test plan.
This service is ideal for non-technical founders, researchers, and startups who need a working demonstration fast before investing in custom hardware. Each design is optimized for clarity, ease of assembly, and smooth transition toward a production-ready device.

Project Experience:
I have worked on multiple embedded and industrial hardware projects involving STM32 microcontrollers, ESP32 modules, Raspberry Pi Compute Module hardware, BeagleBone Black integration, LoRa communication, power management, sensor interfaces, and wired industrial interfaces.
One of my major projects was a modular industrial computer / PLC system for heater control in industrial environments. The system included a backboard with interchangeable daughter boards: STM32 MCU core, power conversion board, SSR relay control board, digital/analog sensor input board, and a BeagleBone Black used for telemetry, remote updates, and cloud-connected monitoring.
The PLC system included:
STM32 MCU board for real-time control, sensor polling, actuator control, and communication with daughter boards
BeagleBone Black integration for telemetry, remote updates, and cloud communication
Modular backboard with multiplexed I2C and SPI communication between boards
Digital and analog input board for thermocouples, current-loop sensors, ±10V bipolar analog inputs, and digital field signals
SSR board with opto-isolated outputs for controlling heaters and high-power loads
Power supply board converting 110–220V AC into 48V, 24V, 12V, 5V, and 3.3V rails, with voltage/current monitoring
Industrial-grade protection, monitoring, and modular maintenance approach
Other experience includes:
CM4/CM5-style carrier/control board work with ESP32 co-processor integration
STM32-based control boards with ADC, SPI, UART, timers, GPIO, and sensor interfaces
ESP32/ESP32-S3 boards with USB-C, peripherals, LEDs, RTC, DACs, and production files
LoRa-related hardware and firmware work, including SX126x-style designs and gateway/node concepts
Industrial interface boards with RS-485, CAN, Ethernet, USB, analog inputs, power monitoring, and rugged connectors
Manufacturing-ready KiCad projects with BOM, Gerbers, drill files, CPL files, and assembly notes
Because I work with both hardware and firmware, I can help not only create the schematic and PCB, but also understand how the board will be powered, programmed, tested, manufactured, and used in a real product.
