You will get auto-refresh crypto info in Google Sheets with Coingecko API
Project details
My Project allows users to get the Crypto Coin data completely without a maximum of 250 coins per page.
The script is readily available to pull the price section for all of your listed coins in Google Sheets.
The script requires setting trigger to the function for 5 mins intervals.
The pricing will be updated automatically, however, due to the free API limitation, the full updated pricing for all the coins might take longer intervals than 5mins (10mins or more depending on API restriction).

Add Script and required Sheet Tab + Test Script
Add the script and required sheet tab to the Client's provided Google Sheets. Testing running the script. Then, I will use the Vlookup formula to pull the crypto data to the specific cell the Client wishes to put.
