You will get automate a manual workflow with AI agents and API integrations

Project details
Every business has a process where someone opens four tabs, copies things between them, decides something obvious, and does it again tomorrow. Lead routing, inbox triage, order updates, weekly reports, moving data between tools that should already talk to each other.
Most of that can run without a person. The parts that resisted automation before, where a rigid rule breaks because the input is messy or the judgement call is fuzzy, are exactly where an AI step now works. An agent can read an email and decide what it is about, summarise a thread, classify a request, or draft a reply, then hand off to the rest of the workflow.
The difference between a demo and something you can rely on is what happens when it fails. Retries when an API is down, alerts when something looks wrong, run history so you can see what happened, and clear limits on what the agent is allowed to do on its own.
Describe the manual process you want gone and I will tell you honestly whether automating it is worth it. Some processes are cheaper left alone, and I will say so.

About Humi
AI Integration Engineer | Claude & OpenAI, RAG, iOS, Android, Web
Frisco, United States - 2:35 pm local time
Three are live today: a handwriting-to-text iOS app built on a vision model pipeline, a health and fitness platform with RAG over a domain knowledge base and a coaching chatbot, and a membership platform with an AI receptionist handling inbound communication.
On the most recent one I went from empty repo to App Store submission in under a month: on-device OCR, a GPT-4.1 vision pipeline for handwriting transcription, StoreKit 2 subscriptions with server-side entitlement verification, a Supabase and Deno backend with Apple DeviceCheck anti-abuse, analytics with A/B-tested paywalls, and the marketing site. I know what "production" means for AI features: cost ceilings, rate limits, abuse prevention, and graceful fallbacks, not just a working demo.
WHAT I DO FOR CLIENTS
• AI integration. Claude and OpenAI APIs: vision, structured extraction, RAG over your data, agents, and MCP. Built for reliability and unit economics, not just capability.
• AI document and workflow automation. PDF and image pipelines, data extraction, CRM and back-office automation that runs unattended.
• Mobile, done properly. Native iOS in SwiftUI and Android in Kotlin, subscriptions and in-app purchases on both stores, plus rescues for apps stuck in review. I have been through Apple's full gauntlet recently (subscriptions, privacy labels, DeviceCheck, submission) and can unstick a blocked app fast.
• Full-stack MVPs. Next.js and React front ends on Supabase and Postgres backends, deployed to Vercel. A working product in weeks, not quarters.
HOW I WORK
You get one accountable engineer who owns the whole stack, with no handoffs and no "that's the backend team's problem." I send working demos instead of status reports, and I would rather tell you an idea is a bad investment than bill you for it.
Happy to walk through any of the three products live on a call.
If you have an AI feature that has to work for real users at a real cost, that is my lane. Send me the problem and I will reply with a concrete plan.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Humi can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Humi receives requirements from you.
Humi works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Map the process honestly
I walk your current process with you and tell you which parts are worth automating and which are cheaper left alone.
Connect your tools
Authentication and data flow between your systems, built so a change on one side does not silently break the other.
