Project details
I have done forecasting (mostly demand planning) projects many times for different clients -- from small business owners to multi-billion companies for their entire global network. Here I offer a quick and standarised project to get high-quality forecasts, probably 80-90% of of the value of what you can get with unlimited resources. I will also gladly consult regarding the business process or forecasting approach. After project completion, I can of course help with many other next steps -- whether to fully automate the data processing, create dahsboards, perform the forecasts on regular basis, train the team, work on other related topics (e.g. inventory management by using the forecasts), etc.

I lead digitalization projects of multi-billion companies in fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutics and the process industry. I developed advanced analytics solutions, implementations and trainings for demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning & scheduling and general advanced data analytics solutions and team setup. One of the most tangible proejcts entailed an inventory optimization toolkit (Python) with an operational and management dashboard (Tableau) for the global supply chain that resulted in the reduction of more than $80 million of stock (agreed by the highest management) in the first year already.
I believe that practically any business process with numeric data can benefit from the application of smart data concepts to get better insights, to automate, and in general retrieve get work done that is better, faster and less error-prone.
