Hi! I'm a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕2𝗕 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

Today, I work as a 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗕2𝗕 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆, managing complex projects and using data to guide decisions — because my career has always been built around understanding how businesses operate, grow, and make decisions.

My career didn’t start in analytics. I began as a design engineer, but I quickly realized that my real passion was working with people, managing projects, and solving business problems. After taking a professional career assessment, it became clear that my strengths were in project management, sales strategy, and communication.

Following that insight, my career evolved quickly.

I grew from a Sales Manager to a Project Manager, where I became the personal manager responsible for radio communication and radio equipment projects for the Department of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan — a role that required precision, responsibility, and the ability to coordinate complex systems and stakeholders.

Over time, I realized that leading projects and building systems that help businesses operate more efficiently excited me even more than sales. That naturally led me deeper into analytics — because the best decisions in business are always driven by clear data and strong principles.

As Ray Dalio writes in Principles:
