Object detection with semantics
We started the work after discussing the project requirements with all the details and it took around 2 weeks. The requirements and details were set and agreed upon in the first two weeks. Afterwards when the project started, he made good progress on the initial tasks but then he said he can't progress due to Tensorflow setup and wants to cancel the project and missed the project deadline. I asked him to continue to work and can change to whichever DL libraries (Tensorlow, PyTorch, Keras etc. ) if he is not comfortable with Tensorflow and he can take some extra time if required. But he insisted on cancelling the project as there is USA-India time difference, he has other projects etc. so I agreed to his wish of cancelling the project. I lost $100 and above all, more than one month of time and efforts of explaining the project. Hemen is nice and cooperative chap and he tried his best but unfortunately it didn't work in this project.
