We brought Andrii in to take a look at our AWS setup and CI/CD pipeline, and honestly, best decision we made in a while.
Our deployment stuff was working, but man, it just felt messy. Like we were doing things the hard way but didn't know how to fix it. We had some automation going but it always felt like we were missing something obvious.
Andrii came in and within a few hours of poking around, he had a bunch of really solid suggestions. What I loved was that he didn't make us feel stupid about our current setup.
