Openclaw AI project building
This freelancer failed to deliver a working product as required by our fixed-price contract (explicitly ‘testing without bugs’). He admitted his core engine did not work and substituted a broken ‘5,200+ skill workaround.’ Critical promised features (organization creation, role-based access control, one‑click skill catalog) were completely missing. The final code push contained active bugs — image generation failed, model names mismatched. He withheld code from our GitHub repository for months, then used procedural excuses to delay payment. He never provided required documentation or training videos. We had to go through Upwork dispute resolution and binding arbitration to recover our escrow funds. I strongly advise against hiring him for any project where quality and delivery matter.

OpenClaw Setup on Mac
Khawaja was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, and proactive throughout the engagement — quick to set up calls, clear in his communication, and thoughtful in how he scoped the work. He took the time to understand my business and put together a tailored questionnaire and revised proposal to make sure the deliverables and pricing were aligned before building. Even when I was slow to respond on my end, he was patient and accommodating. I'd happily work with him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Job Success
Karachi, Pakistan - 9:23 am local time
They research leads, write outreach, publish content, run audits, monitor systems, and report back. Every day. Without supervision. Not chatbots. Employees that do work.
A meta-agent on a single server dispatches tasks across my internal fleet, reviews output quality, and ships me one daily digest. The fleet handles a full sales pipeline (research → qualify → email → LinkedIn DMs), multi-platform content, SEO, job hunting, and proposal drafting.
What I deploy:
AI Sales Teams — Agents that research prospects, enrich with company intel, score against your ICP, then draft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn DMs. 5-touch drip sequences. Rate limiting. Pipeline tracking. Your human reps close. The AI does everything before that.
AI Content Teams — Agents that research daily, draft platform-native content, run it through quality gates that catch AI slop, and publish on approval. I've built pipelines for LinkedIn API, X API v2, and Reddit with content rotation and topic cooldowns.
AI Operations Staff — Health checks, data syncing, scheduled reports, system monitoring, compliance audits. They follow the process exactly, every time, and flag when something's off.
Fleet Orchestration — When you have multiple AI employees, you need a manager. I build meta-agents that coordinate your fleet, dispatch work, evaluate output, and deliver a single daily digest of everything your AI workforce accomplished.
Verticals shipped: tax firms (6-agent IRS forms / TaxDome / bookkeeping swarm), digital ad agencies (30+ accounts across Google Ads / GA4 / Meta / LinkedIn), DTC supplements (3-agent brand intelligence in UK / US / AU markets), home-services operators (CRM + SMS booking + browser automation), B2B SaaS dev teams, prediction markets, newsletters, lead generation.
Why clients keep me on retainer:
I operate, not just build. Most freelancers hand you a bot and disappear. I deploy on production infrastructure with health monitoring, auto-restart, secret management, and audit trails. I keep them running.
I've done it for myself first. My own business runs on AI employees. Lead research, outreach, content, SEO, proposals. Every system I sell to clients, I've battle-tested on my own operations.
I know what breaks. 40+ deployments taught me where agents fail: config coupling, context overflow, token expiry, rate limits, memory drift, browser session decay, OAuth refresh races. I've hit every failure mode and built recovery into the infrastructure.
You're paying humans to do work that follows a process. I deploy AI employees that do it faster, cheaper, and without taking weekends off.
