The Conveyor Belt Box and Bag Counting System is an industrial automation solution designed to monitor and manage the movement of goods in real time. Using machine learning (ML) and computer vision, the system automatically detects, tracks, and counts boxes and bags as they are loaded and unloaded from conveyor belts.
Instead of relying on manual counting or traditional sensor-based methods, this system uses a custom-trained AI model built from a dataset of images/videos captured in the target factory environment. The AI can differentiate between different object types (box, bag, or others), even under variations in lighting, angle, and speed.
