The project was initially expected to take two days, but despite some delays on my side and the need to explore alternative approaches along the way, Zia remained fully professional throughout the entire process. A large part of the delays was due to bottlenecks on my side and within my team, yet Zia managed everything exceptionally well.

❖ Building Version One Properly
Version one has one responsibility: prove the business deserves version two.
Not every feature. Not every future idea. Just enough to solve a real problem, learn from real customers, and decide what deserves to be built next.
Before development becomes expensive, we answer four questions:
• Who is the first customer?
• What belongs in version one?
• What can deliberately wait?
• Which decisions will become expensive to reverse later?
Every product needs a dependable foundation: authentication, payments, core workflows, operational visibility, and room to grow. Technology depends on the business, not the other way around.
❖ When a Product Is Already Stuck
Founders rarely say, “Our architecture needs refactoring.”
