For five years I have written React Native inside NetEase Cloud Music, one of China's top three music apps - the membership and payment screens in the app users actually download. At that scale you do not get to guess. You profile on a real device, find what is actually re-rendering, and fix the thing that costs the most. Nine years in frontend overall.
That is what you get here. I measure before I touch anything and tell you what I found in plain language before I change any code. If the fix is not worth what you would pay me, I will say so - I would rather lose the sale than take money for a change you will not feel.
Most of what I am asked to fix is one of a dozen specific things: re-render storms, list performance, image handling, bundle and cold-start cost, native crashes traced back to the JS that caused them.

WHY CLIENTS KEEP ME
Nine years on screens where a 1% conversion drop shows up on someone's dashboard the next morning teaches you to care about the cases nobody demos: the double-tapped Pay button, the payment channel that times out after the money moved, the app backgrounded mid-redirect, the trial that expired on another device. Most of what I get hired to fix is one of those.
RECENT INDEPENDENT WORK
I wrote VigilClaw, an open-source AI assistant in TypeScript built around sandboxed agent execution, credentials the agent never sees, and enforced spend caps. The repo is linked on this profile - read the code before you decide anything.
HOW WE WOULD WORK
Short call to pin down scope, then a written plan with a fixed price, then build in increments you can review, then handover with documentation. I am based in China (UTC+8) and keep 3-4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern mornings and full overlap with European hours.
