very bad design work. I submitted a finished design, set up a site and started a theme. it just had to be finished. after 2 weeks nothing was ready. Does not follow instructions and is not precise in details. Bad work on my project

At some point, the freelancer unilaterally refused to continue the project and demanded 50% of the total payment despite the majority of tasks remaining unfinished, threatening to escalate the case to arbitration.
If you still decide to work with this freelancer, be prepared to spend an additional $300+ on arbitration.
