WhatsApp bot giving wrong answers, need small fix
Emmanuel was excellent to work with. He quickly found the issue in our Make.com and OpenAI WhatsApp workflow, fixed the incorrect order replies, and improved the prompt so the bot now responds only with accurate customer data. He also tested everything thoroughly and completed the job without disrupting the rest of the automation.
