Troubleshoot and configure Homer installation (sipcapture)
Karim was a hard worker and communicated what he was working on quite well. He got derailed by some troubleshooting steps and resolutions that others had posted online that were not applicable to our environment, and I felt that he was missing some other troubleshooting steps that could have gotten us closer to the root cause of my issue more quickly. If this project had been a bit more in his comfort zone, I think I would have been very pleased with the results.
