Xero App Fixes
The freelancer marked the project as complete without resolving a key issue that was part of the core requirement. The system still contains incorrect future-dated records, making the solution unreliable for actual use.
There was a lack of proper testing, no concrete proof of fixes, and repeated explanations without delivering a working resolution. After payment was released, responsiveness declined and the contract was closed without addressing pending issues.
This experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly recommend future clients to be cautious and ensure all requirements are fully met and tested before releasing payment.
