Secure the site and fix errors
Danish is a great guy and has great skills, but the last job he did was finished and left with a lot of bugs. He can't fix it because he got a full-time job. He is offering someone back, and I am disappointed due to the unfinished tasks. Now my other dev team needs to pick up these tasks, and still not finished them yet. I like Danish, but I would prefer he can finish the whole thing task and fix the errors before he moves on to a new or better opportunity.
