Finish IOS and Android Mobile Application "Wegig" that had it's contract ended due to inactivity.
My project was a lot of work. Yet this team worked diligently to get it done. My one issue is with the time line, we agreed on a timeline and the project went far beyond the deadline. Not much can be done to make things move faster, but would have been nice to have more realistic expectations from the beginning.
