My background:
As Co-Founder and COO of a refurbished electronics company (still active, ~25k devices/year), I built the operational backbone from zero to profitability. The refurbished industry has unique complexity: every unit is individual, quality grading is subjective and you need full traceability across purchasing, testing, inventory, and fulfillment. I designed and implemented a central operating system that handles this end-to-end.
