WHAT I BUILD
Automations for the tools you already pay for
GoHighLevel missed-call recovery. HubSpot lead briefings every morning. Shopify order and support replies. Salesforce records that update without anyone typing them. This is CRM Automation and Marketing Automation, and it is usually the fastest thing to pay for itself.
An Automated Workflow your team can actually see
When you want something you can look at and change yourself later, I build it in n8n, Make com or Zapier. You get a diagram of your own process, not a black box. That is Business Process Automation done so your team is not dependent on me forever.
AI agents that handle the judgement calls
An AI agent is software that does a task and makes the small decisions along the way, instead of following one fixed rule. Reading an inbox and deciding what is worth your time. Qualifying a lead. Drafting a reply for someone to approve. That is the AI Agent Development side of my work, built with Claude and the OpenAI API. Anything that reaches a customer gets an approval step first, so Artificial Intelligence never speaks for you unsupervised.
Claude Code and MCP servers
An MCP server connects Claude directly to your data and your tools, so it can take action rather than guess. This is the newest part of the work and the part clients ask about most.
Connecting tools that were never meant to talk
If your software has an API, it can usually be connected to your other software. API Integration is most of my work: getting your booking system, your spreadsheet, your CRM and your inbox passing information between each other without a person in the middle.
When something custom is needed
Sometimes an automation needs a small screen where your team can approve things or see what ran. I build those in React, HTML and JavaScript, and write the automation itself in Python or PHP, whichever your existing setup already speaks.
Fixing automation that stopped working
Workflows that fail quietly. Agents that worked in week one and drift by month three. An integration that broke because a provider changed something. I find out why, fix it, and tell you in plain language what went wrong.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL
Part of the job is not overspending. A smaller, cheaper model like Claude 3.5 Sonnet is fine for a simple step running ten thousand times a month. A current model earns its cost where the reasoning is genuinely hard. Getting that split right is often the difference between an automation that pays for itself and one that quietly does not.
The unglamorous part is LLM Prompt Engineering: writing the instructions, then testing them until the agent behaves the same way on a bad day as a good one. Most AI Development that fails skipped this step.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK ME
I do not really understand AI. Is that a problem?
No. You need to understand your own process. I will ask you to walk me through how the task is done today, step by step, and I handle the rest.
Do I actually need AI for this?
Often you do not. If your task follows a clear rule, ordinary Automation is cheaper, faster and more reliable, and I will tell you so rather than sell you something bigger.
Can you connect the tool we already use?
Usually yes. Send me the name of it and I will check and tell you honestly, at no cost.
How long does it take?
A single automation is usually a few days. A full agent across several connected tools is one to three weeks. You get the price and the scope in writing before I start.
What do I get at the end?
Something that works, plus the files and a short written explanation of how it runs. You are never locked to me.
What if it breaks?
Everything breaks eventually. I build alerts in from the start so you hear about it before your customers do, and I am reachable when it happens.
Do I need my own Claude or OpenAI account?
No. I can set that up as part of the project and hand it over to you.
HOW I WORK
You get a written scope before I start, so we agree what finished means. You get something working, not a demo. I reply within a few hours on weekdays, I am available more than 30 hours a week, and I am open to contract-to-hire. If an idea will not work, I say so early rather than late.
