A working session on your real work, not a slide deck. We take the admin and operations that actually eat your week and build the workflow live in your own account, so it still runs on Monday when I am not there. You leave with a written one-page playbook per workflow, so you can repeat it without me and hand it to someone else later. I am 6x Anthropic certified and I run these systems in production for my own business: over 80 Claude skills, MCP servers, and multi-agent workflows with hooks and scheduled runs. Which tool we reach for depends on where your data already lives. Copilot usually wins for anything touching Outlook, Excel and SharePoint. Claude wins for long documents, reasoning and drafting. Knowing which to use is most of the actual skill, and almost nobody teaches it. Most of the work happens in writing, so you keep a record you can search later rather than notes from a call you half remember.
