Here is what I actually build, with real numbers from my own documented runs.
A GoHighLevel integration that authenticates to the API, registers a webhook, and listens live for contact created, contact updated, opportunity updated, and message received, so an agent reads each event and writes the decision straight back into the CRM.
An invoice pipeline that reads 6 invoices, recalculates every total from the line items using Decimal arithmetic, and posts only the ones that reconcile into QuickBooks. In the documented run, 100 percent accuracy and 0 flagged for manual fixing.
A lead pipeline that processed 512 leads in 20 seconds, enriched and scored 498 at a 97 percent success rate, tagged 11 for immediate follow up, and skipped 14 incomplete records instead of inventing data to fill them.
A support triage agent that sorted 15 tickets into 7 categories, auto routed 87 percent, escalated 2 on low confidence, and misrouted 0.
A resume screener that scored 42 applications against one rubric, shortlisted 9, sent 6 to human review, and auto rejected 0, because the agent has no rejection path in its code at all.
Why my builds do not break the way most automations do. Rule based tools fire on a condition and stop. They can move a file but they cannot read it and understand that it is a signed contract rather than an invoice. I put a model in the decision step, set an explicit confidence threshold, and make the agent escalate to a person when it is unsure rather than guessing. Every action is logged with a timestamp, a score, and a destination, so any decision can be traced back.
