B2B Workflow-Automation: Invoicing, Dunning & Order Processing (PlentyOne / Python / API)
Abi built a comprehensive B2B workflow automation system for our client in the supplements/wholesale industry. The project required integrating with the PlentyOne/Plentymarkets REST API to automate three core business processes: automated invoicing, a multi-stage dunning system, and batch invoice generation for recurring B2B customers.
What impressed me most was how independently Abi worked. After the initial briefing, she dove into the PlentyOne API documentation on her own, figured out the data structures, and came back with smart solutions including edge cases I hadn't even thought of. The dunning logic in particular had several tricky conditions around payment terms and customer segments, and she handled all of it cleanly.
Communication was always professional and on point. She kept me updated on progress without me having to chase, flagged potential issues early, and was responsive when I had questions. The final delivery worked reliably from day one with no major bugs or rework needed.
I would absolutely hire Abi again and plan to work with her on upcoming projects. Highly recommended for anyone needing backend automation, API integrations, or workflow development.
