Client Ledger is a modern SaaS application designed to simplify client and invoice management for freelancers, agencies, and small businesses. The workflow begins with secure user registration and login, ensuring that each user has protected access to their personalized workspace. After logging in, users are directed to an intuitive dashboard that provides an overview of business activities, including total clients, invoices, revenue, and pending payments. From the dashboard, users can add, edit, or remove client information and maintain detailed client records. They can then create professional invoices, assign them to specific clients, and define payment details, due dates, and invoice status. As payments are received, invoice statuses can be updated to Paid, Pending, or Overdue, allowing users to monitor cash flow effectively. Built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and NextAut, delivers a secure, responsive, and scalable solution that streamlines daily operations, improves productivity, and provides a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
