Discovery call
The first step involves a 2h conversation with your IT team to understand the solution/application and how it's setup to work. I will be asking questions, taking notes and making small suggestions along the way
Architecture proposal and cost optimization
In this step i will write a document summarising our call proposing a set of recommendations for immediate consideration (typically around security, cost optimization) and a set of long term recommendations such as adopting containers or serverless.
