Web Platform Development Specialist Needed
When it comes to the automotive industry, he can by no means be considered a true specialist. If someone cannot set up even the basic elements after more than 30 days, it's clear they are not capable of meeting my requirements. Perhaps he is suitable for less demanding, amateur-level projects — I don’t know — but my project definitely exceeded his abilities, and he was not up to the task.
Throughout the entire period, he kept stalling, as if waiting for the right moment to request to be released from his obligations. Even after completing the project and receiving payment, he never provided the access credentials for the license. I asked for this information multiple times, but without success. In the end, I gave up — it was more reasonable to abandon the request for the license I had already paid for than to continue wasting time.
