My background is in technical program management and security, and I also run day-to-day operations for a small service business. I’m used to being the person who pulls everything together—tracking work, organizing priorities, managing contractors, and making sure things don’t get lost along the way.
Most of the time, I’m working with people who are great at what they do but don’t have the time or interest to build systems around it. They’re focused on the work itself, and things like tracking progress, setting goals, or coordinating moving pieces end up scattered or reactive.
That’s where I fit in.
