Project details
You will get a fully customized Airtable CRM that organizes your business data, automates repetitive tasks, and gives you real-time visibility through dashboards and reports. Unlike generic templates, I design solutions tailored to your workflows—whether it’s sales pipelines, client management, inventory, or operations.
With certifications in Airtable and years of experience building automation systems for startups, agencies, and SMBs, I ensure:
Clean and scalable database structures
Seamless automations using Airtable, Zapier, or Make.com
Dashboards and interfaces your team can actually use
Full documentation and training so you’re never left guessing
The CRM I deliver is practical, scalable, and ready to save your team time from day one.

Automation Specialist for CRM and Workflow Automation
I run Rev-Box, an automation agency for insurance agencies. Blessing worked with me from October 2025 to August 2026 as our automation specialist, and for most of that stretch she was the highest output builder on my team.
Straight numbers first. Her target was 20 automation workflows a month and she hit it consistently. In June she shipped 11 of the 19 projects my entire team moved to QA in about ten days. She started at $400 a week and finished at $800 a week. Every one of those raises came from work she delivered, not from asking for it.
What she actually built:
A Momentum AMS to AgencyZoom policy sync. She ran it in dry run mode first so it produced match reports without touching live data, and during her own testing she worked out that the endpoint we were using wasn't returning every policy. Nobody told her that. She found it by checking her own results, swapped the endpoint, and added handling for unmatched customers and zero premium policies.
A renewal and X-date recycling system that turned into something we sold to multiple agencies.
A cross-sell engine that pulled a client's whole book, segmented it by policy type, and auto-tagged the opportunities. AgencyZoom's API stores tags inside customer notes and won't cleanly remove them, so she wrote custom code on Railway to work around it, and tested adding and removing on a dummy record before going anywhere near real customers.
Data cleanup nobody else wanted to touch. 33,000 leads at one agency, roughly 60,000 wrongly migrated records at another, plus dedupe and field normalization on win-back lists before they went in front of the client.
Her stack: AgencyZoom, Pipedrive, Momentum AMS, EZLynx, HawkSoft, QQ Catalyst, Zapier, n8n, Railway, GitHub, Cognito Forms, Canopy Connect, Monday.com, 1Password, Claude. She came in knowing a fraction of that and taught herself the rest on the job, while the work was live.
She sat in client Slack channels, pulled requirements, diagnosed broken integrations, escalated to vendor support herself, and closed things out without me in the middle.
I asked her once which projects she enjoyed most. Her answer: integrations, data cleanups, AI agents and report parsing, rate increase workflows, and cancellation workflows. That is an honest read of where she is strongest and I'd point a future client at exactly that list.
Two more things. She takes direct feedback, and I give a lot of it. Tell her something is wrong and she fixes it rather than defending it. And she worked United States business hours from Nigeria for ten months without me ever once wondering whether she'd show up.
If you are hiring for automation builds, CRM and AMS integration, API work or data migration, she will do the job. Give her clear requirements up front and you'll get a lot for your money.

Airtable + Softr Operator – Fix Onboarding & XP/Challenges Logic (2-Day Sprint)
Blessing was a huge help getting our Softr + Airtable app launch-ready. She set up data bindings, wired automations, and resolved critical onboarding and routing issues ahead of launch. She’s knowledgeable in Airtable schema design and Softr configuration, and she came through on key fixes under pressure. Grateful for her work and would be happy to collaborate again

Job Success
Lagos, Nigeria - 11:41 pm local time
I build and maintain production automation systems that connect business applications, eliminate manual work, and keep critical workflows running reliably.
Over the past year, I built and supported production automation for a US agency serving multiple insurance-industry clients. My work included browser automation, CRM integrations, API-driven workflows, internal applications, and production support using n8n, Zapier, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and AI.
Most automation freelancers can build a workflow. Fewer can deploy it, integrate it into existing business systems, and keep it running reliably once real users and real data are involved.
What clients hire me for
• Building production-ready automation systems
• Fixing unreliable workflows and recurring automation failures
• Connecting CRMs with third-party platforms and internal tools
• Designing browser automation for systems without APIs
• Migrating and cleaning CRM data
• Supporting and maintaining business-critical automations
Core expertise
Production Workflow Automation
Production-grade automation using n8n, Zapier, and Make, including multi-step workflows, approvals, notifications, scheduled processes, webhook-driven automation, and operational workflows that support day-to-day business processes.
System Integration & APIs
Connecting applications through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON. Experience integrating CRMs, internal tools, and third-party platforms into a single reliable system.
Browser Automation
Browser agents for systems that have no API. They log in, navigate portals, extract information, complete forms, download documents, and synchronize data back into your existing workflows.
CRM & Data Operations
CRM migrations, deduplication, enrichment, bulk updates, review workflows, and approval processes, including a 65,000-record CRM migration supported by a human-in-the-loop review process.
Automation Reliability
Monitoring, alerting, retry logic, credential-expiry checks, structured logging, and production debugging. Your automations should tell you when they break, not your users.
Internal Applications
Client portals, internal tools, email applications, and self-hosted n8n deployed on Railway with PostgreSQL powering the backend.
How I work
Every engagement starts with understanding the business process before a single workflow is written.
I build for production, not demos. Every solution includes error handling, logging, monitoring, and documentation so your team can confidently maintain it long after delivery.
