Android Developer needed for a Long-term Project, Native Mobile Application.
This was a challenging experience. The work delivered consistently fell below expected standards and introduced multiple issues that were not present in the original codebase. These issues required additional time and resources to identify and correct.
Clear requirements and directions were provided, but they were not followed accurately. Several revisions were requested; however, the same or new issues continued to appear, indicating a lack of thorough testing and quality control before delivery.
Timelines were also impacted due to repeated rework and inefficiencies in execution. While communication was present, it did not translate into meaningful improvement in the quality of the output.
Overall, the final deliverables did not meet the agreed expectations, and significant rework was required after project completion. I would strongly advise greater attention to detail, proper validation, and adherence to requirements on future projects.
