I have diverse experience of developing fully customized web apps, admin panels, portals & dashboards. I have worked on multiple projects for small to medium sized organizations. Most of the projects are related to business processes management. Few notables projects are:
1) Laundry Management System: They work with around 15 hotels & wash their laundry items. Hotel create orders for laundry, and laundry schedule order pickup and bring at their wash station. And internally there are certain process & once laundry washed for a specific hotel then they deliver back to hotel. This all is managing by a web portal.
2) Car Wash Management; This project helps the service station to register new customers, create quick orders for older customers, manage order queues & record their payments. They will have several branches and hence system is designed such a way that can be used across the country.
3) Learning the basics of trading: This is a web app that allow customers to register & buy subscription to get access new updates & learning content (i.e. courses, videos etc.) related to crypto currency, & stock options.
4) Gym Trainer Portal: This allows the gym trainers to register their regular customers & create customized diet plans for them. It allows the customers to add their daily or weekly sleep hours, foot steps, body measurements, upload photos & trainers can view their progress on daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis through graphs.
5) Cleaning Services Providers: They run their business country wide. They have distributed their staff or affiliate members by region, city & area. And they are managing them through the portal. When customer creates the request then respective area staff get notified & provide the service.
6) Covid Patient Registration: They send patients testing kits at their places & ask them to perform the covid test by reading all the instructions & take the photo of the test kit & upload on the portal. And once patients uploads them, then they view the tests & based upon the results they send them covid test certificates.
7) Document Renewal Service Portal: They provide documents renewal & testing services. And they have coordinators, typists, accounting staff involved in the process. Every staff member has different step to perform & complete. And this all is being managed by the portal.
