NextBooking — SaaS Operations Platform
A cleaning company was managing bookings, technicians, and customer communications entirely by hand. Double-bookings, missed appointments, and zero visibility into revenue. They needed a system. I built one.

Full-stack SaaS platform covering online booking with real-time technician assignment, CRM with full customer history, automated email confirmations and reminders, and a live dashboard tracking revenue, capacity, and billed hours.
