Custom web applications that pull orders, inventory, projects, field operations, and reporting into one system. Example: a pharma distribution client was running on 7 spreadsheets and a legacy Access database. They now run on a single CRM covering orders, inventory, field reps, and compliance.
3. TEAMS SHIPPING AI FEATURES
Production AI, not demos. OpenAI and Azure Speech integrations with intent parsing, multi-turn conversation state, evals, and guardrails. The difference between a demo and production is what happens on the edge cases, and that is exactly the part my team has already solved in healthcare and customer-facing SMS bots.
